Climate responsibility

  • Committed to lower energy use
    Since 2005, we participate in a voluntary energy efficiency convention (“Convention Carbone”). With concrete targets and yearly improvement actions, we are continuously lowering our energy consumption.
  • Renewable energy in our operations
    We invest in renewable energy, with solar panels and biogas production. Step by step, our energy consumption shifts from fossil fuels to renewable sources.
  • Valorising food loss
    We valorise unavoidable food losses by repurposing potato by-products, recovered starch and used cooking oil into new value streams such as biomethanisation, animal feed or biofuel. All flows for feed or biodiesel are FCA- or ISCC-certified, ensuring strict standards for quality, transparency and traceability while supporting a circular economy.
  • Sustainable packaging
    Our packaging consists of recyclable mono-material snack bags and recycled FSC®-certified cardboard. This allows us to significantly reduce the environmental impact of our packaging.

  • Code of conduct & company values
    Our Code of Conduct sets out our mission, values and guiding principles to ensure responsible behaviour across our organisation. Our six values — Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Partnership, Evolution and Respect — form the acronym “TOPPER,” reflecting the culture we embrace.
